● Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that you cannot get a refund for your ticket, and you cannot give your ticket to someone else.

● Tickets are valid for 6 months of use unless if specified other than that on the ticket, but may be subject to availability on the day of use. This means that you can use your ticket within 6 months of the purchase date, but the tour company may not be able to accommodate you if the tour is full.

● Tickets are for one use only. This means that you cannot use the same ticket for multiple tours.

● The tour has no insurance to cover any liabilities or accidents. This means that you are responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that occur during the tour.

Cancellation Policy

● Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. This means that you cannot get a refund for your ticket if you are unable to attend the tour.

● If you are unable to attend the tour, you may transfer your ticket to another person. However, the tour company may charge a transfer fee.

Changes to the Tour

● The tour company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including the time, date, and location of the tour.

● The tour company will notify you of any changes to the tour itinerary as soon as possible.

Liability

● The tour company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or damage to your personal belongings, injuries caused by the negligence of the tour company or its employees, and delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances.

● You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your belongings during the tour. This means that you should take all reasonable precautions to protect yourself and your belongings, such as wearing a seatbelt, not leaving your belongings unattended, and being aware of your surroundings.

● Sana Tourism Company, the Operators of See Saudi Tours have the full rights to order you to leave the tour immediately if you breached the Saudi law, swearing, imposing any extreme political or religious views, without any refunds on the tickets.

Waiver of Liability

By purchasing a ticket for the tour, you agree to waive any and all claims against the tour company for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the tour. This means that you cannot sue the tour company for any losses, damages, or injuries that you incur during the tour.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the tour company from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the tour. This means that you agree to reimburse the tour company for any losses, damages, or expenses that it incurs as a result of your participation in the tour.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the tour company with respect to the tour and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

By purchasing a ticket for the tour, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
